Water slide in an indoor swimming pool
Why was it developed?

Operators of swimming pools, holiday parks, campsites and attractions manage large numbers of documents: certificates, inspection reports, maintenance records and drawings. In practice these are spread across folders, computers and mailboxes. The overview gets lost and it becomes hard to know whether everything is still complete and up to date.

Shortcomings often only surface during an inspection or audit. Documents turn out to be missing, maintenance was never recorded, or nobody knows when an attraction was last inspected. Sometimes it is even unclear whether a piece of equipment has the right certification and whether compliance with the safety standards can be demonstrated.

  • When was this attraction last inspected?
  • What maintenance was carried out, and what was found?
  • Which documents do I have to keep, and are the certificates still there?
  • Do I meet my duty of care as owner or operator?
What does the dossier give you?

All information about an attraction lives in one digital dossier. Through the label, inspections, maintenance history, certificates and drawings are available immediately. That gives you a demonstrable grip on the safety of your attractions and prepares you for audits by inspection bodies and authorities.

  • Immediate insight into the current condition of an attraction.
  • All documents stored centrally and easy to find.
  • Complete maintenance and inspection history.
  • Every finding carries an urgency, so it is clear what has to happen and when.
  • A one-page management summary per visit, in the house style of the company that did the work.
  • Better evidence of compliance with laws and regulations.
How does it work?
  1. A label with a QR code is attached to every piece of equipment.
  2. Scanning that label opens the digital dossier.
  3. Inspections, maintenance work and documents are recorded on site, with photos taken live with the camera.
  4. Findings get an urgency: 1 close the slide, 2 urgent, 3 recommended, 4 cosmetic.
  5. A completed report never changes. A correction is a new version that refers to the previous one.
Am I prepared for an audit?

Yes. When an inspection body, insurer or authority comes to check, you show all the required information at once: the latest inspection, the maintenance carried out, the certificates and the drawings. No more searching for documents or reports; everything is in one digital dossier.

With the dossier you always know when an attraction was last inspected, what maintenance was done and whether the documents are complete. That keeps you in control of safety and lets you demonstrate that you meet your responsibilities as an operator.
